Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to website design, development, setup, integrations, and related services provided through Boxpressd Sites.

1. Quotes and Project Approval
Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote. A project is not scheduled or started until the quote is approved and the required deposit or initial payment has been received.
2. Deposits and Payments
Most projects require a deposit before work begins. The deposit reserves development time and covers planning, design, setup, project management, and work performed during the early stages of the project.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits After Development Begins
Once development has started, all deposits and payments made toward the project are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, design work, development work, setup, configuration, strategy, planning, integrations, meetings, and project management.
4. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after development has begun, all payments made remain non-refundable. Any completed work may be delivered upon request where applicable, provided the client’s account is in good standing. Any outstanding balance for completed or approved work remains due.
5. Scope of Work
The project scope is limited to the items described in the approved quote, proposal, invoice, or written project agreement. Additional features, pages, integrations, revisions, or services requested outside the approved scope may require a separate estimate, change order, or additional invoice.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, written content, images, logos, branding assets, approvals, account access, and third-party credentials needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these items may delay the project timeline.
7. Timelines and Delays
Project timelines are estimates and may change due to client feedback, delayed approvals, content delays, third-party service issues, technical complications, or changes in project scope.
8. Revisions
Revisions are included only as stated in the approved quote or project agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately. Revisions do not include major scope changes, new features, or complete redesigns unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
9. Third-Party Services
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment processors, email providers, APIs, plugins, themes, fonts, stock assets, analytics tools, or point-of-sale systems. The client is responsible for any third-party costs unless otherwise stated.
10. Ownership and Licensing
Upon final payment, the client receives ownership of the completed website content and custom work created specifically for the client, excluding third-party software, licensed assets, frameworks, reusable Boxpressd components, templates, tools, systems, and pre-existing intellectual property.
11. Hosting, Maintenance, and Ongoing Services
Hosting, maintenance, SEO, support, content updates, and other recurring services are billed separately unless included in the approved quote. Ongoing services may be subject to separate terms, renewal dates, and cancellation policies.
12. Final Payment and Launch
Final payment may be required before launch, file transfer, publication, migration, or delivery of final project assets. Boxpressd Sites may withhold launch or delivery until all required payments have been received.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Boxpressd Sites may provide design, development, SEO, performance, and marketing recommendations, but does not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, traffic, revenue, conversions, or business results.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By approving a quote, paying an invoice, submitting a deposit, or authorizing work to begin, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
